The Enterprise Data Management organization has an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced Business Analytics Specialist . This position will be located in Wilmington or Newark, Delaware and will design and implement reports and visual presentation materials. The Business Analytics Specialist will have business and operational acumen to understand the data and turn it into information that tells a story and helps establish a course of action for leadership. This role reports to the Enterprise Data Management Leader.
What do we expect from you?
Design,test, and implement the right views, measurements and processes in businessanalytics that translate data into useful and actionable information.Identify the best data sources to feed.
Reviewingexisting dashboard analytics and improving the quality of current content.
Regularinteraction with business and operational partners and in meetings where analyticsare discussed, to ensure appreciation of client needs. Meetings sampledperiodically might include Supply Review, Demand Review, S&OP / IBP,Decision Center, etc.
Supportingthe team for adherence to defined repeatable processes; Ensuringarchitecture designs align with technology strategies and standards;Championing new standards as required
Participatingin the Supply Chain Continuous Improvement community to help capture newbusiness requirements, obtain the required business data, develop, testand launch reports and analytics. Lead or participate in business analyticsprojects within the Electronics and Imaging organization.
Trainingand supporting end users of implemented business analytics. Applyingchange management best practices to understand end user trainingrequirements and to ensure that each user receives the training andsupport they require to perform their jobs effectively.
Applyinglife cycle management best practices to ensure that analytics are kept upto date and accurate. Tracking which analytics are under-used and developa plan to update or retire them.
Participationin corporate projects to support major activities such as spin/merge,technology or platform changes.
Workingas part of a team with Enterprise Data Management colleagues and providingsupport to colleagues to enhance excellence within the department.

Qualifications
What do we need from you?
To be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree;prefer in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain or Engineering, with demonstratedexpertise in design of business analytics.
Prefer at least 5 years of hands-on businessor operational expertise in an ERP environment.
Advanced proficiency using Excel, Accessand Tableau or similar data visualization software.
A minimum requirement for thisU.S.-based position is the ability to work legally in the United States on apermanent basis (must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident or qualifyingAsylee/Refugee).
