  • Provide a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the recruitment process

  • Assist in the coordination and administration of interview scheduling, candidate travel, debriefs

  • New hire processing including offer letters, packages, new hire paperwork

  • Facilitate background investigations of new hires. Monitor background vendor activity and work in tandem with vendor to complete applicant background/drug processing

  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (iCims) to track recruiting functions and track candidates interface throughout the hiring process

  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

  • Develop and maintain strong, credible relationships across business units and deliver business results

  • Respond to changing situations and encourage and help others to do the same

  • Manage conflicting priorities and be comfortable in a fast paced environment

  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management.


+ + Minimum of 3+ years of experience working in a fast paced Corporate environment, preferably in HR

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)

  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry preferred

  • Highly proficient in iCims or similar applicant tracking systems and Concur

  • Proactive and Strategic thinker

  • Able to make independent and high quality decisions

  • Strong business acumen (know all aspects of the company and business including the various programs and personnel to ensure efficient operations)

  • Tech savvy, computer skills

  • Exceptional oral and written communications skills

  • Highly organized

  • A high level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel expertise

  • Hardworking and dedicated; hands on

  • Demonstrates professional judgment

  • Familiarity with HR concepts, practices and procedures

  • Strong decision-making ability based on company policy; able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Demonstrated skills and competencies in assessment, problem solving and practices/policies administration.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

  • Excellent project management experience a must

  • Excellent interdepartmental skills to manage interaction with all levels of internal staff and outside contacts

  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
