IQVIA Business Analyst (Trial Optimization) in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania
Role Summary: The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing on the strategy and vision of Site Feasibility product(s) within IQVIA CTOS (Clinical Trial Optimization Solutions) product solution set by developing customer-driven product requirements and helping to bring new capabilities to market.
Reporting to Head of Offerings Management, Trial Optimization, this individual will support the product vision through internal and client collaboration to generate product requirements and oversee the build of new functionality. This individual is passionate about the Life Sciences space and has proven experience in translating customer requirements and market trends into compelling, winning solutions.This individual must also have strong project management skills and proven experience in driving product release cycles, including working with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality solutions on time.
Requirements: MS/BS required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role either in technology firm or in industry defining and implementing/adopting business solutions Successful track record—as a business analyst for a web-based, multi-tier business application.
Proven ability to translate customer requests, competitive activities, and industry trends into product requirements that can be easily understood by developers and other key constituencies within the organization.
Ensure product requirements are translated into comprehensive design documents, test plans, statements of direction, marketing collateral, training materials, and technical documentation.
Expertise working with customers and key stakeholders to validate requirements throughout the development cycle. Be able to identify and manage key customers, their requirements, and their business processes.
Serve as the go-to person for the product(s) that you are responsible for and ensure that solutions are successfully delivered to market on time.
Work with product marketing, sales and services to ensure that we can effectively market, sell and service the solution.
Support the product strategy for individual modules within our overall solution set.
Must have a good understanding of the pharmaceutical market.
