Kelly Services is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Associate in the Cherry Hill NJ area.

Quality Assurance Associate

Pay Rate: $ 14.50/hour

Start Date: 05/01/2018

End Date: 07/31/2018

Contract role

Start Date: Asap

Duration: 6 weeks

Location: 2059 Springdale Rd, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003

SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Checking the data base and using an outside vendor application to enter in contact details (name, security id, etc) to check results to determine if the store needs to be contacted

• Perform verification of identity of customers – owners of businesses

• Run the verification process and follow up if the customers information does not match.

• Must be able to make 25-30+ call/day -- Duration: 4-10 mins

MUST HAVE:

1.) Previous admin experience in a corporate environment

2.) Computer savvy

3.) Attention to detail

4.) Strong MS office and Excel

5.) Excellent communication skills

6.) Telephone customer service skills

NICE TO HAVE

1.) Banking experience

EDUCATION:

High school education required.

0-2 years of related experience required.
