Mgr-T&S Portfolio Management
Provide leadership and support for the development and strategy of the transmission portfolio to deliver on business needs and development of staff.
Deliver and manage to transmission level EBIT through integration and engagement with numerous departments.
Development of the 5-year capital, expense and revenue budgets on an annual basis, with a focus on merging operational and financial objectives into an approved error-free plan.
Manage and continually improve the business process to ensure cost containment and controls.
Build and maintain a best-in-class Portfolio Management organization focused on limiting volatility in the execution of the work plan while identifying opportunities to reduce costs.
Direct the monthly governance processes to execute decision making criteria surrounding approvals and budget changes at the project level.
Provide structured reporting, communication and interpretation of financial models to all stakeholders on a consistent basis with insightful and actionable information.
Analyze ongoing budget and revenue performance to determine in year corrections and recommend change options to Transmission departments, stakeholders and leadership.
In-person supervision of employees to ensure compliance with FLSA wage and hour issues as well as to monitor compliance with safety rules.
Physical presence in the office/on-site to engage in face-to-face interaction and coordination of work among direct reports and co-workers.

Manages the overall portfolio of all capital and expense for the Electric Utilities Transmission business line. This position is responsible for the oversight, analysis, management and reporting of the transmission budget, revenue and income. Position is accountable to lead a team that manages the Transmission portfolio in the 5-year plan. This position will ensure adherence to the working budget, revenue commitments, O&M cost controls and portfolio governance. This position will also serve as the lead role for making in-year investment decisions and corrections to ensure that the portfolio is executed and aligned to meet Transmission and corporate targets.
Candidates must meet the basic qualifications and pass all required tests or assessments to receive consideration.

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or computer science
Minimum of 5 years of experience with data analysis, reporting, modeling
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
Excellent verbal and written skills
High level of interpersonal (including communication, negotiation, presentation), leadership and teambuilding skills
PC knowledge including spreadsheets and databases
Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks concurrently

Regular or Temporary:
Master's degree in a related field
Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience
Proven leadership ability in a high performance culture
